Peak Performance of Cambridge, Ltd was founded in 2001 by Dave Radecke, CDMS, VE. Dave had over 25 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation. He started his career as a case manager for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation but also worked as a project lead and department head.
Over the years, Peak Performance has been very involved in all aspects of Vocational Rehabilitation including case management, employment services and one of the largest transition work programs available.
In October of 2018, Dave moved to Florida to open a Vero Beach branch of Peak Performance. The Ohio side of the business was turned over to Regina Ross, VP Ohio Operations.
As of October 1, 2019, Peak Performance of Cambridge has a new owner. Meet Regina Ross.
Regina joined Peak Performance of Cambridge in January of 2018 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager. In October of 2018 she was promoted to Vice President of Ohio Operations and successfully ran the Ohio side of the business, making the final purchase of the business in October of 2019.

Regina started her career as a Registered Nurse, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She spent her professional career managing a wide spectrum of services from bedside patient care and shift staffing and resources as a Bedside Nurse and Charge Nurse to large organizational capital projects within Healthcare IT and Clinical Informatics.
She brought that 20 years worth of expertise and knowledge to Peak Performance of Cambridge in January of 2018. She quickly transitioned the company to electronic records with encrypted business solutions that made it possible for a second branch of Peak Performance to be opened Vero Beach Florida.
In October of 2018 she was promoted to Vice President of Ohio Operations for Peak Performance and has been successfully running the Ohio side of the business ever since. Boasting a 70% successful return to work rate as a case manager, she has been instrumental in helping our clients gain access to the training and support they needed to successfully return to work.
In addition to now owning the business, Regina also functions as a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager and is credentialed as an Employment Specialist.
